If you visit the collection venue in person you may also be able to order prints via touch-screen terminals, and in some cases have your order printed on a local printer to take away with you.
Any order for UK delivery valued at more than GBP30.00 is sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery and so will require a signature upon receipt. If your order weighs over 2kg then it will be sent by overnight courier. You should specify a delivery address where someone can sign for the items.

On the right side of the home page you may see a featured collection. Clicking on this will allow you to browse those pictures that the collection owner considers to be of special interest.
On the left near the top is a keyword search facility allowing you to quickly find images based on a particular word such as the artist's surname.
Suppose you had searched for images using the keyword "London" and another user had searched on "Paris". After viewing the first page of thumbnails you click the "Next" navigation button to see the next page of thumbnails. Without cookies the server wouldn't know that it was you who had clicked the link and to serve up the next page of London thumbnails rather than Paris thumbnails.
From the MY ACCOUNT or CHECKOUT pages you can add another delivery address by clicking on the ADD NEW DELIVERY ADDRESS link to the right of the currently displayed address. This will take you to a blank delivery address form. The first item in this form is a nickname used to identify this address, and it is this nickname that appears in the drop-down menu of delivery addresses.
When you are done entering the address click the SUBMIT button to save it.
Clicking on an order from this list will display the details of that order.
All Framed Print and Stretched Canvas orders are shipped by courier (48 hour in the UK). For courier orders you should specify a delivery address where someone can sign for the items, and enter telephone details so that you can be contacted if the courier has any problem finding the address.
Shipping costs vary depending on whether the delivery address is in the UK, is in the EU, or is somewhere outside the EU. Costs for bulkier items, such as Framed Prints and Stretched Canvases, will be more expensive.

This effect is shown on the Choose a Product screen which gives an accurate portrayal of how the image will fit on different print sizes. You may decide to choose a particular print size because the image selected fits well at that size.
If for some unforeseen reason a particular order cannot be fulfilled you will be contacted by Customer Services and a full refund issued.
Framed Items: As all framed items are custom-made to order, cancellation is not possible after the order has been placed and accepted. Framed items are custom-made and may only be returned if faulty or not as described.
Unframed Items: Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you have the right to cancel orders containing only unframed items within a period of 14 days. Please be aware that your right to cancel does not apply to items made to your order. You must inform us of your wish to cancel in writing either by letter or email within a period of 14 days. The period of 14 days begins on the day after the day you receive your goods. You must take reasonable care of the goods and not use them. You should return goods to us in their original packaging, wherever possible, as soon as possible after informing us of your wish to cancel. If you return goods to us, we will not be responsible for any loss or damage to them during transit and we recommend that you use a recorded or secure delivery method. If goods are lost or damaged in transit, we may charge you, or not refund to you, amounts that are attributable to the loss or damage.

Unframed items may be returned for refund up to 10-working days from receipt of goods.
If you wish to arrange for goods to be returned, please contact customer services on 01273 511944 quoting your order number and reason for return. Instructions on how to return your order to us will be provided. Once we receive the returned product, we will replace or refund as required.
Goods must be returned in good condition, carefully repacked in the original packaging. We strongly recommend that you request and retain proof posting for any items returned. If done well, hanging your art can give you the most satisfying feeling. Stepping back and admiring the result of what you’ve spent so long planning, is the very final part in the whole art buying process. That’s why we feel it’s important for you to take the time to prepare and plan before you hang your art.
Make art the centrepiece of your room with these 3 steps on how to hang.
1. Be prepared
Before you start, make sure you’re fully prepared with the necessary tools to hand. These include a hammer, nails, a pencil (for marking the point where the nail will go), a tape measure, a screwdriver, screws, drill and a spirit level. Also, try to get someone to help. It’s a lot easier (and more fun) to hang pictures with a partner.
Remember, your custom frame is supplied with appropriate fixtures and fittings to suit the size and weight of the frame, including string. To support our larger, heavier framed art you will need to fix large brackets to the wall or use screws with support plugs. Bracket packs will usually state the maximum weight they can support on the package.
2. Decide where you’re going to hang your art
There are loads of fun and inspiring ways to position your art, but a good general rule is to make sure the centre of the artwork or group of art sits at about eye level. Artwork is best viewed at eye level and for this reason you will notice that art galleries, museums and other great art institutions all display their artwork this way.
Finally, have a good think about the space available on the wall and the features and furniture it might hang next to. Your artwork should always have enough even space around it on your wall, so that it doesn’t appear cramped.
3. Hanging your art
Once you’ve decided where everything will go, you’ll need to measure out your space and decide how best to centre your artwork. Make a small pencil mark on the wall where you want your picture to sit (the middle of the piece at roughly eye level) and another little mark on the wall for the nail (marking where the top of the tightened string will be). Canvas art is hung by its internal wooden frame at the back, so make sure the pencil mark for the nail is measured to fit that.
Next, hammer the nail into the wall where you have made the marking for the nail and hang your art. Use a spirit level to make sure your picture is straight and, if you want to, place wall mount tape on the back of the frame to keep it from sliding around.
Finally, step back and admire.
Taking good care of your framed or canvas art at home can ensure the artwork you love lasts for years. We've highlighted some great tips below, based on our customer's frequently asked questions.
How do I clean framed art?
Before cleaning, remove the framed art from the wall and place on a flat stable surface.
The frame itself can be gently cleaned or dusted with a soft cloth or brush. Avoid using chemical cleaning products on your frame.
Glass can be wiped with a clean cloth and household glass cleaner. A good tip would be to spray the cleaning fluid on to the cloth rather than the glass itself to ensure no visible marks are left and fluid does not seep under the frame.
To clean Perspex, wipe very gently using only a clean, damp and non-abrasive cloth. Use either water or a mild Perspex cleaner to dampen, again apply the fluid on to the cloth rather than the glazing itself.
How do I clean canvas art?
To prevent the build up of dust and having to do a more thorough clean it's always advisable to dust your Canvas art regularly with a feather duster. Alternatively, use a soft dry cloth to gently clean. Avoid using a damp cloth when cleaning your Canvas art.
How do I pack my framed art for transporting?
- Find a cardboard box to fit the artwork within, making sure there's enough room for the bubble wrapping too.
- Next, wrap your artwork up in bubble wrap. The corners of your artwork are most vulnerable, so ensure the corners are covered and protected well.
- In order to add extra protection and ensure the artwork is snug, place packing material within the box and place the wrapped artwork within.
- Finally, use brown tape to close and secure the box.
